Stereoscopic library The requirements for ambient temperature depend on many factors, such as the characteristics of the stored items, the warehouse structure, the operating environment of the automation equipment, etc. Reasonable temperature control can not only ensure the quality of goods, but also extend the service life of equipment and improve the stability and safety of storage management.
First of all, the ambient temperature of general industrial stereo libraries is usually controlled between 0 ℃ and 40 ℃ to ensure the normal operation of automation equipment. Within this temperature range, automatic equipment such as stacker, conveying system and shuttle car can work stably to avoid overheating of motor due to high temperature or solidification of lubricating oil and embrittlement of metal parts due to low temperature.
For special items with high requirements on temperature and humidity, such as food, medicine, chemicals, etc., the stereoscopic warehouse needs more strict temperature control measures. For example:
Cold chain stereoscopic warehouse: used to store frozen food, fresh products, medical vaccines, etc. The temperature is usually required to be within the range of - 25 ℃ to 8 ℃. Cold chain stereoscopic warehouses are usually equipped with thermostatic systems, cold doors, air flow control systems, etc., to ensure uniform temperature in the warehouse and prevent local temperature fluctuations from affecting the quality of goods.

Constant temperature stereoscopic warehouse: used to store temperature sensitive electronic products, pharmaceutical raw materials and instruments. The temperature is usually controlled between 15 ℃ and 25 ℃. At the same time, a constant humidity system is equipped to ensure that the humidity is kept between 40% and 60% to prevent static electricity, corrosion or material deterioration.
Secondly, the fluctuation of ambient temperature will affect the storage efficiency and energy consumption of the warehouse. In order to maintain a stable temperature, the stereo library usually adopts the following measures:
Thermal insulation and heat preservation: thermal insulation materials such as polyurethane board and rock wool board are used for walls and roofs to reduce the impact of external temperature on the environment in the warehouse.
Temperature monitoring system: temperature and humidity sensors are used to monitor the environment in the library in real time and adjust it through the intelligent management system to ensure that the temperature is always within a reasonable range.
Ventilation and air conditioning system: ordinary three-dimensional warehouses maintain air circulation through the ventilation system, while special three-dimensional warehouses (such as medical warehouses) will be equipped with air conditioning system, temperature and humidity.
Access control and logistics channel optimization: reduce the number of door openings, optimize the cargo flow path, prevent external air from entering, and reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations.
In general, the environmental temperature requirements of the stereo library vary with the storage items. Reasonable temperature control measures can not only ensure the quality of goods, but also improve the operating efficiency of equipment, reduce energy consumption and improve the level of storage management.
