AGV is an automated driverless vehicle with its own power and non-contact guidance device. Its main function is to enable the trolley to walk more accurately and stop at the designated place to complete a series of operation functions under the computer monitoring, according to the path planning and operation requirements. AGV is characterized by wheeled movement. Compared with walking, crawling or other non wheeled mobile robots, AGV has the advantages of rapidity, high efficiency, simple structure, strong controllability and good safety. It can be well matched with the stacker, monorail trolley, conveyor belt and conveyor chain roller table commonly used in material conveying. The AGV activity area does not need to lay rails, support frames and other fixed devices, and is not limited by the site, roads and space. Therefore, in the automated logistics system, Z can fully reflect its automaticity and flexibility, and realize efficient, economical and flexible unmanned production.

Navigation mode feature description

  • 1. Magnetic stripe navigation: It is considered to be a very mature technology, mainly through measuring the magnetic field signal on the path to obtain the position deviation of the vehicle itself relative to the target tracking path, so as to achieve the control and navigation of the vehicle.

  • 2. Laser guidance: A laser reflector is installed around the AGV driving path. AGV determines its current position and direction by emitting laser beams and collecting the laser beams reflected by the reflector, and realizes AGV navigation through continuous triangular geometric operations.

  • 3. QR code guidance mode: It is to lay QR QR code discretely and obtain real-time coordinates by scanning and analyzing QR code with AGV on-board camera.

  • 4. SLAM laser navigation: It is a natural navigation method without the use of reflectors. It no longer needs to use auxiliary navigation signs (two-dimensional code, reflectors, etc.), but uses the natural environment in the working scene, such as columns and walls in the warehouse, as the positioning reference to achieve positioning navigation.
