Automatic stereo library The following types of shelf structures are mainly used:
Pallet shelves are automated Stereoscopic library One of the more common. It consists of columns, beams and other components. The column is generally made of steel, which has high strength and stability and can bear heavy cargo weight. The beam is used to support the pallet, and its length can be adjusted according to the size of the pallet and the design requirements of the shelf. The rack has simple structure and is easy to install and disassemble. Its storage space is large and is usually designed based on the size of the pallet. For example, if the common European standard pallet size is 1200mm × 1000mm or 1200mm × 800mm, the storage space of the shelf will be set according to this standard or the corresponding size. It is suitable for storing goods with large volume and heavy weight. For example, in logistics distribution, full boxes of beverages, household appliances and other goods are stored. One pallet can place multiple cases of goods, and the pallet can be stored or taken out of the shelf by forklift or stacker.

Shuttle Rack It is a semi-automatic shelf system. It consists of the main shelf and shuttle car. The main structure of the shelf is similar to that of the pallet shelf, but its rail design is the key part. The shuttle car runs on the track, and can automatically send the pallet goods into the depth of the shelf or take them out from the depth. The storage density of this kind of shelf is relatively high, because the shuttle car can realize the storage and handling of goods in the limited roadway space, reducing the waste of roadway space. It is suitable for warehouses with relatively few types of goods and high warehousing frequency. For example, in the raw material warehouse of the food processing factory, for the storage of flour, sugar and other raw materials, the use of shuttle shelves can improve the storage efficiency and space utilization.
Gravity shelf uses the gravity of goods to realize the movement of goods. Its shelves have a certain tilt angle, generally about 3-5 degrees. The goods are put in from the higher end and slide along the track or roller to the lower end under the action of gravity. Its structure includes shelves, rails, rollers and other parts. The track and roller shall be designed to ensure that the goods can slide smoothly, and at the same time, the buffer of goods shall be considered to avoid damage of goods during sliding. It is commonly used in the first in first out storage mode. In the drug warehouse, the management of the validity period of drugs is very important. The gravity shelf can ensure that the drugs that are warehoused first are delivered first, effectively preventing the expiration of drugs. Gravity shelves are also a good choice for some goods that require high inventory turnover, such as electronic product accessories.
