In order to ensure the security and compliance of intelligent stereoscopic warehouse, comprehensive consideration and measures should be taken from many aspects.
1、 Physical security
Shelf stability
The shelves of intelligent three-dimensional warehouse are usually high and carry a large number of goods. The design and installation of the rack shall comply with relevant engineering standards, and high-quality steel shall be selected to ensure sufficient strength and stability. Regularly check the shelves, including whether the connecting parts are loose and whether the columns and beams are deformed. For example, ultrasonic flaw detection technology is used to detect the weld quality of key parts of the shelf, so as to find potential safety hazards in time.
In the rack layout, the weight distribution and access mode of goods should be considered to avoid local overloading. Reasonably set the storage position of goods and the size of storage unit to ensure that the shelf is evenly stressed.
Equipment operation safety
For automatic equipment such as stacker and conveyor, various safety protection devices shall be installed. If the stacker is equipped with anti-collision sensors, when the stacker approaches the edge of the shelf or other equipment during operation, it can automatically slow down or stop to prevent collision accidents. Guardrails are installed on both sides of the conveyor to prevent goods from falling and hurting people during transportation.
The equipment shall be regularly maintained, including cleaning, lubrication, fastening screws and other operations, and the electrical system and control system shall be checked to see if they are normal. Establish an emergency plan for equipment failure. In case of equipment failure, measures can be taken quickly, such as automatically switching to standby equipment or manual operation mode, to ensure the continuity of warehouse operation.
2、 Data security
Data storage and backup
The management system of intelligent stereoscopic warehouse stores a large amount of cargo information, equipment operation data, etc. Use safe and reliable data storage devices and storage methods, such as redundant disk array (RAID) technology, to prevent data loss due to hard disk damage. The data shall be backed up regularly, and the backup data shall be stored in the remote data or cloud to ensure timely recovery in case of local data problems.
Network security protection
The management system of the warehouse connects various equipment through the network, and network security protection needs to be strengthened. Install firewall, intrusion detection system (IDS) and anti-virus software to prevent external network attacks and malware intrusion. Strict authority management is carried out for network access. Only authorized personnel can access system data and operate equipment. For example, set different user names and passwords for employees in different positions, and each account can only access data and functions related to its work.
3、 Compliance
Building and Fire Compliance
The construction of intelligent three-dimensional warehouse shall comply with local building codes and fire regulations. The building structure, fire separation distance and evacuation passage of the warehouse shall meet the requirements. Install automatic fire alarm system, automatic sprinkler system and other fire-fighting facilities, and conduct regular inspection and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities. At the same time, the storage of goods in the warehouse shall meet the fire protection requirements. For example, flammable and explosive materials shall be stored separately, and corresponding explosion-proof measures shall be taken.
Operational Compliance
In the process of warehouse operation, relevant industry standards and regulations shall be observed. For example, the storage of food, drugs and other special commodities should meet the corresponding health and quality supervision requirements. The warehousing and delivery records of goods shall be complete and accurate, and can provide traceable information to meet the inspection of tax, quality supervision and other departments. At the same time, we will provide compliance training for employees to make them understand and abide by the rules and regulations of warehouse operation.
