Stereoscopic library Difference from ordinary warehouse:
1. More complex structure
The design structure of the stereoscopic warehouse is very complex. Because of its many functions and many supporting equipment, it requires a lot of money to build a stereoscopic warehouse, and its construction technology requirements are also very strict. Compared with the three-dimensional warehouse, the traditional warehouse construction is much less, without too many requirements and diverse functional settings.
2. High rack installation accuracy
The stereoscopic warehouse mostly adopts high-rise shelves, which greatly improves the installation accuracy compared with traditional shelves. The goods on the high shelf are mostly stored by the mechanical arm, which will operate according to the procedures set by the operator in advance.
3. High personnel requirements
Because of its more complex structure and more functions, the stereo library has higher technical requirements for relevant operators. Only personnel who have received professional training can be competent for warehouse operation. In contrast, traditional warehouses do not have such high requirements for the technical quality of personnel. In most cases, they are just simple goods handling and placement.
4. Large flexibility, timely adjustment
Compared with the traditional warehouse, the three-dimensional warehouse has greater storage flexibility and can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
For example, in a certain logistics peak period, the warehouse needs a large amount of goods circulation and transfer. The traditional warehouse is difficult to adapt to the large amount of goods circulation due to its imprecise and complex operation process. The stereoscopic warehouse has solved this problem well. Not only can the high-rise shelves store more goods, but its mechanized operation mode can carry out cargo storage and handling operations for a long time to ensure that a large number of cargo circulation needs can be digested within a certain time limit.
