1. Stereoscopic library goods shelves
The steel structure rack is the main equipment for storing goods in the storage area of high-rise racks. It is required to have sufficient strength, rigidity and overall stability, and it is required to have high dimensional accuracy and meet the seismic requirements. The rack of this system adopts adjustable crossbeam combined rack, which is composed of shelf pieces, cargo crossbeams and reinforced support bars. It is connected by plugging. The height is adjustable, and the adjustable spacing is 75mm. The height of the cargo space can be adjusted when necessary. It is easy to transport and install, and the combined shelf mainly meets the needs of long-term automatic operation of warehouse equipment.
Structural characteristics
The shelf is mainly composed of shelf pieces (columns), beams/corbels, top longitudinal and transverse beams, stiffeners, etc.
The main components of the shelf are thin-walled section steel. The shelf is produced by a fully automatic rolling mill, with high automation, high product precision, strong development, pollution-free, safe and reliable.
The surface treatment adopts electrostatic powder spraying. After the surface spraying treatment, the finished shelf has a beautiful appearance and strong corrosion resistance.
The crossbeam is positioned on the shelf piece column by the safety lock pin to prevent the crossbeam from falling down due to the rupture of the hanging piece caused by the strong impact on the crossbeam.
2. Conveying equipment
Conveying equipment includes chain conveyor, roller conveyor, transfer machine, elevator, AGV, cattle working machine, RGV, etc. It is widely used in the production logistics field, such as workshop conveyor line, online packaging line, automobile assembly line, etc.
In the automated warehouse system, the conveying system is the channel and bridge connecting the production site, the operation area and the storage area. It has the advantages of high degree of automation, high continuous operation efficiency, low maintenance cost, convenience and speed.
3. AGV
Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) refers to a transport vehicle equipped with automatic guidance devices such as electromagnetic or optical devices, which can travel along the specified guidance path, has safety protection and various transfer functions. In industrial applications, it does not need a driver, and uses rechargeable batteries as its power source. Generally, its travel route and behavior can be controlled by computers, or its travel route can be set up by using the electromagnetic path following system. The electromagnetic track is pasted on the floor, and the unmanned carrier moves and acts according to the information brought by the electromagnetic track.
