1、 Introduction to software system

1. Background

The Guangdong Industrial Park of a large central enterprise is a comprehensive grain and oil processing park built by the Group in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, integrating oil plants, rice, flour, starch sugar, feed processing and grain and oil products trade.


The grain and oil industry is a capital intensive industry. The cost of raw material procurement accounts for a high proportion, which is particularly affected by the price of raw material procurement. The gross profit rate of the industry is very low. Especially in recent years, Z has been squeezed by the upstream and downstream (raw materials, products), and its profits are limited, even operating at a loss. Therefore, how to effectively control costs and improve operating efficiency is an increasingly urgent problem for enterprises to solve.


According to the characteristics of the grain and oil industry, and in combination with our experience in implementing similar projects in Dongguan and Zhenjiang, we will also carry out necessary optimization and improvement. At the same time, the warehouse management system (WMS) is seamlessly integrated and docked with ERP, integrated business system, production control and energy management system to achieve a high degree of data sharing and processing. As a key node, it establishes a solid foundation for further realizing the product quality traceability system of the grain and oil industry. Establish the product ID card system with "box" as the small unit, and print the two-dimensional code online on the product packaging carton. Each box of products has a unique two-dimensional code ID; Paste bar code on each plastic tray, establish the tray ID card system, and each tray has a unique bar code; Starting from the production plan, establish the process control and management of the whole process of code printing, code reading, stacking, disk assembly, warehousing, inventory management, and outbound.

2、 System characteristics

1. Product traceability system

1.1 Overview of product traceability system:

This project has formed a perfect traceability system through the combination of SAP, WMS, all-in-one card, production control energy consumption management system, business system and other data. Traceability can be divided into forward traceability and reverse traceability. Through the product batch tracking system, we call the key raw material batches used in production and the relevant information such as people, machines, materials, methods, environment and measurement forward tracking; In turn, we can trace the relevant finished product serial number through raw material batch, or other information such as time, personnel, shift, machine, etc., which is called reverse tracking; Any link in the middle can be traced to both ends.

Forward Tracing: for example, the batch of crude oil can be traced to which oil was produced in this batch of crude oil, the batch of bottle germ and bottle cap used in the production of this oil, production time, warehousing time, warehousing tray, warehousing location, outbound time, outbound vehicles, intermediaries, end customers and other information.

Reverse tracking: for example, if you bought a barrel of small package oil in a mall, you can query the relevant sales and production information of oil through the two-dimensional code information on the oil bottle, such as the intermediary of the oil, the time of delivery, the location and tray before delivery, the time of warehousing, the time of production, and the batch of crude oil, bottle germ, bottle cap used.

1.2 Introduction to the function of product traceability system:

A. Retroactive acquisition scheme
In order to ensure the integrity of traceability information, the efficiency and accuracy of data collection, and the feasibility of data collection, traceability data collection will use barcode technology and collection points with reasonable layout to complete the collection of traceability information.
B. Barcode rules
Through barcode scanning, data can be collected quickly and accurately. By configuring barcode generation rules, such as prefix code, starting serial number, generated quantity, etc., the system can quickly and batch generate the required barcodes, export and print barcodes, which can greatly reduce the workload of barcode management, and generate barcodes according to different rules for products and materials.
C. Acquisition point layout
To ensure the integrity of traceability information and the efficiency of collection, a complete collection point layout will be designed during the system implementation process to complete data collection.  
D. Traceability information collection content
In combination with customer needs, and to ensure the continuity of traceability data and the integrity of information, the system will collect 5M1E information in the production process and key information that affects product quality. The collected content is as follows (the collected information is flexibly defined according to customer needs):
① Production plan order information;
② Supplier material batch information;
③ Incoming inspection report manufacturing process 5M1E (personnel, machine, material, method, environment, measurement);
④ Manufacturing process inspection information
⑤ Handling information of nonconforming products (including incoming inspection and manufacturing process);
⑥ Collection of production plan order information;
⑦ Collection of incoming inspection information;

1.3 Enterprise value of product traceability system
A. Through the introduction of the traceability system, management benefits can be improved;
B. Comprehensively enhance customers' confidence in the traceability guarantee capability of the enterprise's products;
C. Realize the electronization of product traceability information, and provide barcode and other technologies to improve the accuracy;
D. Save the storage and filing time of product archives;
E. Build product quality archives of enterprises, and greatly improve traceability efficiency;
F. Improve accurate traceability platform support for abnormal improvement.

2. Real time seamless connection with SAP system and all-in-one card system:

The warehousing data is connected with the SAP system information in real time, and the two-dimensional code information on the packaging oil is obtained directly from the transmission line through the two-dimensional code scanning equipment for storage and application. No one intervenes in the entry of information. After warehousing, the WMS system returns the actual warehousing data to the SAP system in real time to achieve the accuracy and real-time of the information;

The outbound data is connected with the all-in-one card system to prepare and issue goods in real time. No one intervenes in the entry of information. After the outbound is completed, the actual outbound data is returned to the all-in-one card system to avoid the lag of information.

3. Automatic acquisition of production line information

The warehousing data of the small package oil in the production line directly obtains the two-dimensional code information on the package oil from the transmission line through the two-dimensional code scanning equipment. No one intervenes in the input of the information, which ensures the accuracy and real-time of the information. At the product offline station, automatically scan the tray barcode and extract the corresponding small package oil QR code information to automatically complete the disk assembly task and allocate the warehousing location.

4. Onboard terminal prompt and guidance

In addition to the perfect WMS management system, this project also has a humanized on-board terminal WMS subsystem, which is convenient for forklift drivers to use in real time: the prompt of goods taken and the prompt of storage space for goods taken are displayed on the screen in real time, reducing the labor intensity of forklift drivers; The vehicle terminal is equipped with a long-distance and high-precision barcode scanning gun, and the forklift driver can conveniently scan the tray barcode and cargo space barcode while sitting in the forklift driver's seat. The addition of WMS subsystem of vehicle terminal greatly improves the working efficiency.

5. WeChat platform

In addition to the perfect WMS management system, the humanized vehicle terminal WMS subsystem and the perfect WeChat platform, each time node of small package oil will be pushed to the corresponding personnel through the WeChat platform for viewing. Pick up customers and drivers can easily obtain the logistics status of vehicles through WeChat platform.

6. Multi platform APP

This project is also equipped with Android and IOS platform APP. Users with different permissions can log in the APP system to query the data of corresponding permissions. The APP supports two ways of query: manually entering the QR code and scanning the QR code. The data associated with the QR code include the picking customer, license plate number, delivery time, delivery personnel, delivery location, warehousing time, product name, production line, shift, inspection report and other major information.
