From October 24 to the end of the month, 2017, three experts from Taiwan's lean management consulting team visited Guangdong Shunli for a week for guidance and technical exchange.

Expert team:
► Mr. Guan Jing, an old man in his sixties, has more than forty years of experience in the development, design, production and marketing of logistics automation equipment; Especially for stacker Expertise in mechanical structure design, overall scheme planning, product research and development of automated equipment such as AGV; In 1986, he introduced the "library automation equipment" of Japan Dafu Company to Taiwan, and served as a senior management cadre of Taiwan Dafu Company;
► Mr. Weng Laoweng Chenxiu is over 70 years old: Taiwan Quality Association leads the vice chairman of the cross-strait exchange committee, and has 50 years of experience in the establishment and management of the factory quality inspection system;
► Mr. Zhang Yiming: More than 40 years of experience in mechanical structure, engineering mechanics design and factory management.
Within a week, the three experts analyzed the crux of the current company's problems from the aspects of sales, design, production and management, and put forward improvement and suggestions.

Focus on lean production in the early stage and require all staff to participate in the establishment TQM quality management system, combined with the company's internal control standards, has rules to follow and laws to follow, and develops short, medium and long-term improvement plans. The management, especially the relevant person in charge of the production line, set up a "military order" for this improvement goal, and established and implemented a "mold account management and maintenance system" within 15 days.

In the medium term, the focus is on product R&D and technical improvement, starting from the overall rationality of logistics scheme planning, the process flow of rack and part design of stacker, AGV and other automated logistics equipment, the dimensional tolerance of design drawings, the dimensional tolerance confirmation of processing processes, the integration of automated warehouse SE planning and business information, and the standardization of sample documents.

Looking forward to the coming 2018, Shunli will work with the Taiwan advisory group to build a cross Strait integration, management and technology direct train. Guangdong Shunli will also plan to send the main backbone of the company to Taiwan to exchange and learn automation related technologies, plan to establish a cross Strait stacker and AGV technology research center, and carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation.
