Dischanger Product Introduction
The tray remover is a kind of equipment that automatically separates the stacked empty trays on the conveyor line. It can be used in pairs with the tray remover or independently. Under the allocation of the system, the tray remover will automatically remove the trays, and the removed empty trays will be automatically transported to the required position. After one group of pallets is disassembled, the next group of empty pallets will be automatically transported.
Product characteristics
1) The disc remover needs to be arranged on the conveyor line;
2) The overall dimensions of the pallet to be disassembled shall not differ too much;
3) At least two sides of the tray to be disassembled can be forked;
4) Group pallets required by the disc stripper can be fed automatically or manually;
5) The power of disc dismantling can be electric or pneumatic.
