Shuttle is an intelligent robot, which can be programmed to carry out tasks such as picking up, transporting and placing goods, and can communicate with the upper computer or WMS system. It can realize automatic identification, storage and other functions in combination with RFID, barcode and other identification technologies.
At present, our company has two shuttle buses: two-way shuttle bus and four-way shuttle bus
The two-way shuttle truck is the core automation equipment used in the automated pallet shelf intensive storage system. It can transfer the unit pallet materials from the incoming end to the outgoing end according to the production process. It can cooperate with the stacker and the mother car to achieve fully automated warehousing operations, and with the high-capacity forklift to achieve semi-automatic warehousing operations. Remote control operation, no need to drive in, and high efficiency of goods in and out. It can realize first in, first out (FIFO) and first in, last out (FILO), and is applicable to various pallets.
