The characteristics of stereoscopic warehouse:
1. The three-dimensional warehouse is generally high. Its height is generally more than 5 meters, up to 40 meters, and the common three-dimensional warehouse is between 7-25 meters.
2. The three-dimensional warehouse must be a mechanized warehouse. As the shelf is more than 5 meters long, it is difficult for people to load and unload on the shelf, so they have to rely on machinery for operation. The automated warehouse in the stereoscopic warehouse is a form of higher technical level at present.
3. The stereoscopic warehouse is equipped with multiple shelves. Because the shelf is high, it is also called high-rise shelf warehouse.
Classification of stereo library: 1. According to the shelf height, it can be subdivided into high three-dimensional warehouse (more than 15m), medium three-dimensional warehouse (5~15m) and low three-dimensional warehouse (less than 5m). Due to the high cost of high-rise stereoscopic warehouses, special requirements for mechanical equipment, and difficult installation, the construction is relatively small; The bottom level stereoscopic warehouse is mainly used for the transformation of the old warehouse, which is a feasible way to improve the technical level and storage capacity of the old warehouse. At present, there are many intermediate stereoscopic warehouses. 2. Classification by building structure: one-dimensional warehouse and independent three-dimensional warehouse. 4. Classification by operation mode: 1) manual addressing and manual loading and unloading. Manually operated machinery operates and addresses on the high-rise shelves, and then manually takes out the goods from the shelves or loads them onto the shelves by trucks. 2) Automatic addressing and manual handling. According to the input instructions, the machine will automatically run for addressing and addressing. After running to the scheduled cargo hold, it will automatically stop, and then manually load or pick up goods from the shelf. 3) Automatic addressing, automatic loading and unloading mode, which is an unmanned mode. The above three methods, manual addressing and manual loading and unloading, are mainly applicable to middle and low level stereoscopic libraries, and the other two are applicable to middle and high level stereoscopic libraries.
Classified by function: 1) Warehouse type stereoscopic warehouse, whose main function is to store a large number of goods. There are not many kinds of goods, but there are many in quantity and long shelf life. All kinds of shelf intensive stereoscopic warehouses are suitable for picking stereoscopic warehouses, which are mainly used for bulk purchase, multi-user, multi type and small batch delivery. This kind of warehouse needs to create convenient and fast picking conditions, so it often adopts automatic addressing. Due to large differences in user needs, it is difficult to achieve overall access. Therefore, it is not suitable for automatic unmanned operation, and manual sorting is used instead. The pick and place warehouse is mainly used for distribution locations.
