(2) Mobile rack type: The mobile rack type is composed of electric racks. The racks can walk on rails, and the control device controls the closure and separation of the racks. The shelves are separated during operation, and the operation can be carried out in the roadway; When not working, the shelves can be closed, leaving only one working lane, thus improving the utilization of space.
(3) Picking rack type: the sorting mechanism is the core part of the picking rack type, which is divided into two ways: in lane sorting and out of lane sorting. "Picking before arrival" means that the picker picks up the required quantity of goods from the goods bin before taking the picking stacker to the goods bin. (1) Unit cargo format warehouse: similar to the unit shelf type, the roadway occupies about one-third of the area.
(2) Through type: in order to improve the utilization rate of the warehouse, the lane between the rows of shelves can be canceled, and the individual shelves can be merged together, so that the goods on each floor and in the same column can be connected with each other, forming a channel that can store multiple goods units at a time, and the goods on the other end can be picked up by the outbound crane, becoming a through type warehouse. According to the movement mode of cargo units in the passageway, the through warehouse can be divided into gravity rack warehouse and shuttle car rack warehouse. The gravity shelf warehouse can only store the same kind of goods in each inventory channel, so it is suitable for warehouses with small varieties and relatively large quantities of goods. Shuttle cars can be moved from one stock aisle to another by crane.
(3) Shelves in horizontal rotating warehouses: such warehouses can run back and forth along a circular route in the horizontal plane. Each group of shelves consists of several independent containers, which are connected together by a chain conveyor. There are support rollers under each container and guide rollers on the top. When the conveyor is running, the container moves accordingly. If you need to pick up a certain kind of goods, you only need to give an ex warehouse instruction on the console. When the container with the required goods is transferred to the outlet, the rack stops running. This kind of shelf is very suitable for picking small items. The utility model is simple and practical, makes full use of space, and is suitable for occasions where the operation frequency requirements are not too high.
(4) Vertical revolving shelf type warehouse: similar to horizontal revolving shelf type warehouse, it only changes the rotation in the horizontal plane to the rotation in the vertical plane.
