1. The foundation is soft. The cement foundation that has not been tamped cannot bear the self weight of the host itself, which makes the host sink, resulting in unevenness. The foundation needs to be tamped and the machine body needs to be leveled.
2. The glass support feet are not fixed. It is easy to shift when grinding large glass, resulting in difference in level. The bracket needs to be calibrated.
3. For machines that have been used for a long time, only a small part of the conveyor chain block glue is replaced. The new and old block glue are used together, and the height is different, resulting in a large and small end of the ground glass. All rubber blocks must be replaced or the entire conveyor chain must be replaced.
4. The conveyor chain is uneven. The conveying chain at the end of glass inlet and the conveying chain at the end of glass outlet are not in a straight line (not horizontal) with the front and rear platens. First, adjust the height of the guide rail at one end of the glass (it can be achieved by adjusting the travel screw screw rod below the guide rail), The 2500 long glass can be attached to the conveyor chain of the guide rail from beginning to end during edging (pay attention to two places after the glass enters the pressure plate 40cm: whether the glass on the conveyor chain below the pressure plate and the glass on the conveyor chain on the right side of machine Z are still attached to the upper side of the conveyor chain). If the glass on the conveyor chain below the pressure plate leaves the conveyor chain and is lifted, Lower the guide rail travel screw on the right A-frame until it is flat; If the glass tail on the conveyor chain on the right side of the machine Z is tilted (vacated), it is necessary to raise the guide rail travel screw on the A-frame on the right side until it is flat. The adjustment level of the conveyor chain on the left side of the machine also follows this principle.
2、 The head, tail or middle cannot be polished
The head and tail cannot be polished. The sprocket of the main bone row after entering the glass has displacement, causing displacement when the glass moves forward. First, remove the machine sleeves at both ends, align the two sprockets at the end of the glass to correct the height and angle, and the two sprockets on the gearbox shall be consistent.
The middle cannot be polished or the polishing is not good: the front and rear pressing plates are too loose, and the glass sinks during grinding, resulting in too much grinding in the middle of the glass, resulting in the middle cannot be polished or the polishing is insufficient. Just remove the fastening clamp chain of the housing.
