At the same time, because some of these expenditures are one-time expenditures and the other part is installment payments, the accurate annual operating expenditures of each scheme should be accurately measured. According to the depreciation life of equipment and expected rate of return, the related expenses of warehouse automation project are more appropriate than the discounted cash flow of various schemes. As with residential mortgages, one-time or periodic expenses are converted into average expenses over a period of time.
4. Sensitivity analysis shall be carried out according to the working environment parameters and accidents set at the planning stage. By analyzing whether the selected scheme will change after the work environment changes, we can find the potential defects of the scheme. At this time, computer simulation test will come in handy. For example, when the crane automatic storage system in the test fails, only input relevant parameters can affect the overall operation. This is necessary in large automation projects. It is easy to test the design on a computer. When entering the contract stage, it is difficult to find that it is not suitable for re handover.
