Classification by shelf height
According to different shelf heights, it can also be subdivided into high-rise stereoscopic warehouses (more than 15m), mid-level stereoscopic warehouses (5-15m) and low-level stereoscopic warehouses (less than 5m).
Due to the high cost of high-rise stereoscopic warehouses, special requirements for machinery and equipment, and difficulty in installation, they are relatively less constructed; The low rise stereoscopic warehouse is mainly used for the reconstruction of the old warehouse, which is a feasible way to improve the technical level and capacity of the old warehouse; At present, there are more middle tier stereoscopic warehouses.
Classification by shelf structure
1) Unit cargo format stereoscopic warehouse
The unit cargo format stereoscopic warehouse is a kind of stereoscopic warehouse with strong versatility in the standard format, which is characterized by that each shelf is composed of the same size of cargo cells, the opening of the cargo cells faces the channel between the shelves, and the loading and picking machine runs in the channel and can load and pick up the shelves on the left and right sides. One cargo unit or combined cargo unit is stored in each cargo cell.
The shelves are arranged in two rows, with channels reserved between the groups. Therefore, this kind of warehouse needs more channels, the area utilization rate is not too high (about 60%), and the space utilization rate is high.
The unit cargo form stereoscopic warehouse can be operated by various lifting and loading machines. Generally speaking, roadway cranes traveling along rails are mainly used in middle and high rise buildings to ensure that operations can be carried out in narrow tunnels. In low rise and middle rise warehouses, the lower height ones can also be operated by general forklifts or overhead forklifts. In order to reduce the channel width required for forklifts to turn, forklifts do not operate from the front, but by side forklifts.
2) Through type stereoscopic warehouse
The through type stereoscopic warehouse is also called the mobile shelf warehouse. The through type stereoscopic warehouse is a kind of intensive warehouse. There is no space between the shelves of this warehouse, no passageway is left, and the shelves are close together, actually forming a whole shelf combination. The unique feature of this kind of shelf is that each row of the shelf on each floor is longitudinally connected, like tunnels, in which cargo units can be placed in turn to form a row of cargo units. The shelf structure is high at one end and low at the other, so that the through passage has a certain slope. Install slide way, roller way at the bottom of each shelf or install wheels at the bottom of cargo unit equipment (such as cargo box, pallet), then the cargo unit can automatically move along the high end of the ramp to the low end under its own gravity. If the unit cargo container has a self running mechanism, or a corresponding mechanism is installed in the rack, the rack can also be installed horizontally without slope.
This kind of rack operation mode is to deliver unit goods (incoming goods) from the high end of the rack, and the unit goods will automatically move to the low end, and then exit from the low end. Each channel can only store the same kind of materials, so the inventory type is limited, and it is difficult to store flexibly. Due to the same channel size and length, the storage capacity of each kind of goods is roughly the same, or multiple differences, therefore, there is often an imbalance of insufficient storage space in some channels and excess storage space in some channels, which will also reduce the utilization rate. This kind of warehouse has high technical requirements, high precision requirements for equipment manufacturing and warehouse building, and high requirements for unit carriers such as pallets and cargo boxes. The automated cabinet type stereoscopic warehouse is a small and movable enclosed stereoscopic warehouse, which is composed of cabinet shell, control device, operation panel, storage box and transmission mechanism. Its main characteristics are miniaturization, lightweight, intelligence, especially strong closeness and strong confidentiality. It is suitable for the storage of valuable electronic components, precious metals, jewelry, documents, archives, audio-visual products, securities bills, etc.
4) Strip shelf stereoscopic warehouse
Each layer of the shelf extends out the arm, and the side forklift is specially used to enter and exit the goods, which is used as a three-dimensional warehouse for storing strip and barrel goods.
