Composition and advantages of intelligent stereo library

Components of intelligent stereo library


1. Rack: steel structure used to store goods. There are mainly two basic methods: welded rack and combined rack;

3. Roadway stacker: equipment used for active storage and retrieval of goods. According to the structural method, it can be divided into two types: single column and double column; According to the efficiency method, there are three basic methods: straight, curve and transfer vehicle;




1. Carrier system: the primary peripheral equipment of the stereo warehouse, which is used to transport goods to or from the stacker. There are many kinds of conveyors, such as roller conveyor, chain conveyor, lift table, distribution car, traveling machine, belt conveyor, etc;




2. AGV system: active guided trolley. According to its guiding method, it can be divided into induction guided car and laser guided car;


3. WCS active control system: the active control system that drives the equipment of the active stereo library system. The field bus method is the main control method;


4. WMS information processing system: it is the center of the fully automated stereoscopic database system and can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP system).

The three-dimensional warehouse planning process is generally divided into the following steps:


1、 Collect and discuss the user's raw materials, and understand the policy of the user's arrival. These raw materials include:


1. Be clear about the technological process of the connection between the intelligent stereoscopic library and the upstream, cheap and cheap;

2、 The primary method and related parameters for determining intelligent stereo library


After all the raw materials are collected, relevant parameters required for planning can be calculated based on these first-hand materials, including:


1. Requirements for the total quantity of inbound and outbound of the entire reservoir area, that is, the flow requirements of the warehouse;


2. Appearance standard and weight of goods unit;


3. Number of positions in the warehouse storage area (shelf area);


4. Based on the above three points, it is concluded that the number of rows and rows of shelves in the storage area (shelf factory), the number of lanes and other relevant technical parameters.

Generally speaking, the intelligent stereo library includes: warehousing temporary storage area, inspection area, stacking area, storage area, outbound temporary storage area, pallet temporary storage area, nonconforming product temporary storage area, sundries area, etc. When planning, it is not necessary to plan each of the above areas in the stereoscopic warehouse. You can reasonably differentiate each area and increase or decrease areas according to the user's process characteristics and requirements. At the same time, it is also necessary to reasonably consider the flow of materials, so that the activities of materials can extend in all directions, which will directly affect the talent and power of the intelligent stereo warehouse.


4、 Selection of mechanical equipment types and relevant parameters

The shelf planning is an important part of the three-dimensional warehouse planning, which directly affects the area and space utilization rate of the three-dimensional warehouse.


Shelving methods: There are many methods for shelving, and the shelves used in the intelligent stereo warehouse generally include: Pallet Racks , bracket shelf, movable shelf, etc. In the planning, it can always be reasonably selected according to the appearance standard, weight and other relevant requirements of the goods unit.


Standard of cargo space: the standard of cargo space depends on the size of the space between the cargo unit and the rack column, crossbeam (bracket). The same pair, to a certain extent, is also affected by the rack structure and other elements.



  

Stacker:


The stacker is the central equipment of the entire intelligent stereo warehouse, which transfers goods from one place to another after manual operation, semi-active operation or full active operation. It consists of a rack (upper beam, lower beam, column), a horizontal travel organization, a travel organization, a cargo platform, a fork and an electrical control system.


Determination of stacker method: There are various stacker methods, including single track tunnel stacker, double track tunnel stacker, rotary tunnel stacker, single column stacker, double column stacker, etc.


Determination of stacker speed: calculate the horizontal speed, travel speed and fork speed of the stacker according to the flow requirements of the warehouse.


Other parameters and equipment: the positioning method and communication method of the stacker shall be selected according to the warehouse site conditions and user requirements. The stacker can be high or low, depending on the specific situation.


Transportation system:


According to the logistics diagram, reasonably select the type of conveyor, including roller conveyor, chain conveyor, belt conveyor, lifting transfer machine, traveling machine, etc. At the same time, the speed of the transportation system should be reasonably determined according to the instantaneous flow of the warehouse.


Other equipment:


According to the technological process of the warehouse and some special requirements of the user, some auxiliary equipment can be properly added, including handheld terminal, forklift, balance crane, etc.


5、 Plan the functional modules of WCS control system and WMS warehouse processing system


According to the technological process of the warehouse and the requirements of users, reasonably plan the control system and warehouse treatment system. The control system and warehouse handling system generally use modular planning for easy promotion and maintenance.


6、 Simulation and imitation of the whole system


If conditions permit, the whole system can be simulated and imitated, which can make a more intuitive description of the storage and transportation operations in the three-dimensional warehouse, find some problems and deficiencies, and make corresponding corrections to optimize the entire AS/RS system.


7、 Carry out specific planning of equipment and control treatment system
