1) Do not put workpieces with a thickness greater than the Z limit of the cleaning dryer.
2) The distance between the workpieces shall be large enough when inserting the workpieces.
3) Do not clean the small size and roller brush that is smaller than the specified Z of the equipment. If the workpiece is stuck or abnormal, stop the machine immediately to eliminate it.
4) When cleaning narrow and long workpieces or workpieces with small size, the long edge should be placed along the forward direction.
5) The angle of the air knife should be adjusted to meet the requirements, the blowing direction should not be too toward the direction of the film, and the air knife should not be moved randomly.
What are the defects that are easy to occur when cleaning and drying?
1. Edge burst: the problem of the transmission and clamping system causes the workpiece to collide in the cleaning machine.
2. Scratches: there are sundries under the washer and the laminations are stacked during operation.
3. Unclean washing: the water tank is not replaced in time, and the water quality is not clean; Too much powder on the brush; The air drying section is not filtered or cannot be filtered clean, and the dust content is large.
4. Blowing is not dry: the air volume and air pressure are not enough, and the air knife or blowing angle is not appropriate.
