Automated three-dimensional warehouse, also known as elevated warehouse or elevated warehouse, generally refers to a warehouse that uses several, ten or even dozens of layers of shelves to store unit goods and uses corresponding material handling equipment for warehousing and outbound operations. Because such warehouses can make full use of space to store goods, they are often called "three-dimensional warehouses".

3、 System composition of automated stereo library

The automated stereo library consists of the following parts:

1. High rise rack: steel structure used to store goods. At present, there are mainly two basic forms of welded shelves and combined shelves.

2. Pallet (cargo box): an appliance used to carry goods, also called station appliance.

3. Lane stacker: equipment used for automatic storage and retrieval of goods. According to the structural form, it can be divided into two basic forms: single column and double column; According to the service mode, it can be divided into three basic forms: straight road, curve road and transfer car.

4. Conveyor system: the main peripheral equipment of the stereo warehouse, which is responsible for transporting goods to or from the stacker. There are many kinds of conveyors, such as rail conveyor, chain conveyor, elevator, distribution car, elevator, belt conveyor, etc.

5. AGV system: automatic guided trolley. According to its guidance mode, it can be divided into induction guided car and laser guided car.

6. Automatic control system: the automatic control system that drives the equipment of the automatic stereo warehouse system. At present, the control mode is mainly field bus.

7. Inventory information management system (WMS): also called central computer management system. It is the core of the full-automatic stereo library system. At present, typical automated stereoscopic database systems use large database systems (such as ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.) to build typical client/server systems, which can be networked or integrated with other systems (such as ERP systems, etc.).

1. Detection of goods in warehouse

The ordinary photoelectric switch with the function of detecting the existence of objects can play the role of starting signal in the silo, such as starting the drag motor, measuring the light curtain, etc.

2. Cargo information reading

The information of goods in automated three-dimensional warehouse is very important. The information of goods is usually stored in barcode, two-dimensional code or RFID chip. The accurate reading of this information ensures the correct flow of goods.

3. Stacker truck loading monitoring

How to transfer goods from the conveyor line to the shelf or from the shelf to the conveyor line needs reliable assurance, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to goods or shelves. Therefore, this process needs sensors to monitor the status of goods in the stacker.

4. Inspection of incoming cargo size

Shelves usually have different sizes and specifications, so the goods usually need to be classified according to the size of the goods before they are placed on the shelves. The measuring light curtain can help realize the automation of classification.

5. Area safety protection

The entrances and exits where goods walk on the pallet conveyor belt are dangerous areas, and accidents may easily occur if someone accidentally enters and walks on the conveyor belt. At this time, a multi beam safety grating can be installed in the area to protect against human intrusion, and 3B series photoelectric switch with shielding function can be configured to enable the grating to identify whether it is human or goods entering the dangerous area. Z can achieve human protection to a large extent while avoiding misoperation and improving efficiency. The grating body is equipped with M12 standard plug, and the mounting bracket can be directly connected with the photoelectric switch to realize the shielding effect, saving wiring and facilitating installation.

6. Shelf occupancy detection

The automated warehouse needs to know whether the goods are stored on the shelf or the location information of the goods on the shelf. Diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor can sense the existence or position of goods on the shelf.

7. Positioning of goods on shelves

When goods are transferred between the stacking truck and the rack, the stacking truck must be aligned with the rack accurately, otherwise it may have mechanical collision with the rack, which will cause damage to the stacking truck, the rack and their related facilities.

8. Monitoring of goods protruding from the shelf

When goods are stored on the shelf, they may protrude from the shelf due to abnormal conditions. The protruding goods thus become obstacles to the vertical operation of the stacker truck, which may cause damage to the shelves or the stacker truck In order to avoid this kind of situation, a long-distance photoelectric sensor installed at the top of the vertical track of the stacking car can monitor the cargo protrusion. Once there is a protrusion, it can send a signal to stop the stacking car to avoid damage.

9. Positioning and optical communication of stacking vehicle

The stacker truck is a very important conveying equipment in the automated warehouse, and its running position and speed need to be detected in real time during its operation. So as to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of its operation. At present, most of the stacker trucks we encounter are straight and circular.

10. AGV trolley anti-collision

AGV trolley is responsible for automatically moving and hauling goods. If you want to quickly move in the warehouse to achieve high economic benefits without accidents, you can use RS4 anti-collision "radar" to detect the surrounding environment. The product has a scanning angle of 190 °, a parking area with a radius of 4 meters and a deceleration area of 15 meters. When the trolley reaches the dangerous area or is blocked by obstacles, RS4 can slow down the trolley or stop it immediately. Its wide range detection can avoid accidents and improve work efficiency.
