The lane stacker is used for the aisle between the shelves of the stereoscopic warehouse. The lane stacker used is mainly a droop type with upper bearing and a lower bearing limited by the upper guide rail. It is mainly used for medium and high level stereoscopic warehouses.
By operation mode
1) Manual addressing and manual loading. Manually operate the machine and identify the location on the high-rise shelf, and then manually take out the goods from the shelf or load the goods on the carrier into the shelf.
2. Automatic addressing and manual loading. According to the input command, the machine will automatically run to address and identify the address. After running to the predetermined location, it will automatically stop, and then manually load or pick up goods from the shelf.
3) Automatic addressing, automatic loading and unloading are unmanned operation modes. Automatic operation shall be carried out according to the instructions of the controller or the instructions of the computer for warehouse out and warehouse in.
The above three methods, manual addressing and manual loading, are mainly applicable to medium and low level three-dimensional warehouses, and the other two are applicable to medium and high level three-dimensional warehouses.
